Basic / Initiation Level

Suitable for all ages and levels. Learn to surf or improve your surfing at the best Surf School in Playa El Paredon, Guatemala.

Private Classes

Most of our classes are private, meaning you have 1 private instructor all to yourself. It is ideal for children from 4 to 10 years old, also for adults with physical limitations, people who do not know how to swim or are very afraid of the sea.

Group Classes

At Zoah we don’t offer group classes. We prioritize water safety at El Paredon Beach, where strong currents and rip tides are common. To minimize risk, we assign one surf instructor per student.

About the Surf class:

  • Includes surfboard, rash guard to protect you from the sun and safety strap (leash)
  • The lesson lasts 1 hour.
  • The class is private, meaning one surf instructor per student.
  • The meeting point is at Zoah
  • The class costs Q185 per person.
  • The surf instructor speaks Spanish and can give guidelines in English. We don’t offer English speaking instructor.

Class Schedules

The class schedules vary based on the tides and swells of the Pacific Ocean. Please book your class at least one day in advance. We will confirm the time upon booking.
